Happy Fall, everyone! It’s apples, school supplies, pumpkin spice and sweater weather! We at C2C have been busy re-engaging with our networks and leadership table as well as preparing for and facilitating our 3rd Annual Education Summit!

We were so glad to see so many of you on October 9, 2024 at St. Mary’s University! If we missed you, we hope this issue of C2C Connects will bring you up to date on what you missed. This year’s theme was Power in Partnership: Our Collective Impact.

We couldn’t be more excited to elevate partnerships across our community (and state) that are committed to accelerating outcomes for children and young adults! Our attendees left feeling inspired and connected!
