Rochester Children and Youth

Rochester children and youth are riding the bike. They steer the handlebars and move the pedals, but they needa strong frame and sturdy wheels to keep them safe on their journey. The Cradle 2 Career Partnership is helping to propel them forward. The bike does not have to look any one way; and the wheels are still vital to its success.
