You will be responsible for guiding our internal evaluation processes during the 2021 calendar year. They will work closely with staff to interpret the results of the evaluation and make relevant changes to our internal policies and practices for improved results.


The Evaluation Intern meets individuals where they are at in order to best collect, interpret, and make use of data. You build relationships quickly and know how to ask powerful questions.

1. Role functions: interpret survey and evaluation results with C2C staff, network partners, and community-based focus groups


The Evaluation Intern is able to balance competing priorities while honoring the organization’s scope and mission. You are energized by seeing a job through to completion, and relish the opportunity to try something new.

2. Role functions: disseminate data collection tools and analyze data on time


Proficiency in applications like Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and the ability to transfer knowledge between platforms is required. Experience with or ability to learn different internet-based applications is desired.


The employee is regularly required to communicate clearly, in oral and written formats, with others in person, over the phone, and via other devices. The work may be completed remotely, so access to technology and reliable internet are a requirement.


This is an hourly position, paid $15/hour, for an anticipated 3-5 hours per week. Mentorship and professional development opportunities are offered throughout the internship. The internship lasts one semester (or summer), with the possibility to extend.
